Introduction of Candy Bar Making MachinesThe automatic peanut candy bar making machine is mainly used for the food processing and molding produced in medium and large food industry, such as Satsuma, Rice candy, Rice bar, Frozen rice candy, Sesame snack candy bar, Peanut brittle(peanut candy bar), Sunflower seeds candy bar, Coarse grains, Cereal bar, and other molding and cutting.
♦ material requirement
Wrapper 304 food-class stainless steel, food touching area is PTEE food-class material(heat-resisting 2000C, if the temperature is high, it will be non-toxic and odorless.
♦The conveying belt is food-class silicone band (this band is European standard, heat resisting 2000C, non-toxic and adorless)
--The center roller will flat and feed the mixed material to the conveyor.
--one roller is closed to the hopper,and make the hopper feeding smoothly.
--Dimater of rollers:270mm

--the rotary knife(blades) shaft with its own variable motor.
