PROCESSING CHART
Mixing Baking——Cream Spreading——Laminating——Cooling——Wafer bar Cutting & Wrapping——Packing
1.Equipped with touch screen and programmed by Siemens PLC control
2.Easy to operate /Automatic Temperature Control / lighting / Making mixer / Blowing / Sheet Splicing to finish the baking process.
1.Raise the wafer sheets to natural cooling and to relieve heating stress applied on the wafer sheet
2.Connect the tunnel oven to the cream spreading machine
3.Cooling time: about 3-5min
1.For grinding the discarded wafer and the overall wastage from the whole process of the wafer making to through high speed blade.
2.capacity is about 15-60KG
1. The wafer sheet after spreading cream or chocolate, make sure the crisp taste
2. The temperature can be 0-8degree.
3. The outlet units is separated from the cooling room,so as to make sure the air drying
